cANCELLATION pOLICY

Cancellation more than 30 days from arrival date:

You may cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date and we will refund your deposit, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee per cottage.

Cancellation 30 days or less from arrival date or early checkout:

If you cancel or change your reservation 30 days or less from your arrival date or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for, and will be billed for your entire reservation.

DOG pOLICY

We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home.

-Moosewood, French Quarter, Finca, Hayduke’s, & Sanctuary allow 2 dogs.

-Bogie's Bungalow allows one dog.

-Kenzie’s is kept pet and allergen free. 

Our Dog fee is $30/dog/Stay. Sanctuary is a flat fee $55/DOG/stay.

*We do not allow cats. there will be aN additional $200 cleaning fee if you bring a cat.

In your home away from home, you will find a "Dog Package" containing a towel, waste bags, a lint roller and a pet sheet to welcome our four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, you agree to our Dog Policy:

  • My dog is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and people.

  •  My dog is free of ticks and fleas.

  • My dog will be with me under my care at all times (If I must leave my pet alone, it will be in its crate).

  • My dog will be on a leash and under my control when outside.

  •  I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.

  • I will keep my dog off of all furniture including the bed, chairs and couches.

  • I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay.

  • I understand that if I do not pay the pet fee upon check out, my card will be charged the total amount of the unpaid Pet Fee.

  • Please Note: We may fine you a minimum $50 if pet agreement is violated, plus extra if damages are incurred. Be aware of muddy paw prints on bed linens and furniture. Emergency rags are located under sinks to wipe your dogs’ feet.
