Our homes are 5–7 miles (around 10 minutes) from Arches National Park’s entrance and about 30 miles (35 minutes) from Canyonlands National Park, enabling easy day trips and a restful retreat afterward.

-Are the rentals pet friendly, and are there any pet policies I should know?
All but one (Kenzie’s) of our seven properties welcome pets. Please review specific pet policies here

-What amenities do your rentals include?
Depending on the cottage you choose, the amenities include either a full kitchen or kitchenette, private outdoor spaces, air conditioning, laundry, and parking. All feature high-speed WiFi. Some include bike storage, grills, and other special features—see listings for details. Kenzie’s and Bogies have kitchenettes. Kenzie’s, Bogies, Moosewood, and French Quarter offer access to a hot tub.

-What is the check-in/check-out process?
Check-in is contactless after 4 p.m., with check-out by 10 a.m. Codes and instructions are emailed prior to arrival. Early or late check-ins may be arranged upon request.

-Are there unique furnishings or design features in your rentals?
All of our units are decorated with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings, local art, and comfortable layouts to give guests a unique vacation experience.

-How many people can each property accommodate?
Capacity ranges from 2 to 8 guests. Review each listing’s maximum occupancy and bedroom arrangements for suitability. Six of our units are in close proximity to one another and can theoretically accommodate a total of 26 guests.

-Are your properties suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families?
Absolutely! We have cozy studios ideal for solo trips, romantic homes for couples, and spacious options perfect for families and groups.

-What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a refund minus processing fees. For shorter notice, please READ OUR POLICY HERE.

-What should I bring for my stay, and are there stores nearby?
Pack hiking clothes, sunscreen, layered outfits, and adventure gear. Several grocery and outdoor stores are within walking distance of our properties.

-Are there outdoor spaces to relax after exploring the parks?
Yes, all homes offer private patios, decks, or gardens to unwind and enjoy Moab’s serene beauty. Kenzie’s, Bogies, Moosewood, and French Quarter have access to a hot tub.

-How far in advance should I book accommodations in Moab during peak season?
Booking 3 to 6 months in advance for spring and fall seasons secures the best availability.

-Are there any seasonal differences visitors should know about, like weather or crowds?
Spring and fall have ideal weather and always high demand. Summer can be hot for some and is therefore less crowded. Winter is truly magical, with days still optimal for hiking and no crowds.

-What are the typical costs or “tourist taxes” for lodging, food, and activities in Moab?
Lodging taxes are 15.92% in the city and 12.42% in the county. Dining averages $15–$50 per meal; tours and activities range from $50 to $250.

-What outdoor activities are popular in Moab besides hiking?
Moab is a perfect playground for kids of all ages. Popular adventures include mountain biking, river rafting, paddleboarding, rock climbing, scenic 4x4 tours, mini golf, skydiving, base jumping, canyoneering, and stargazing. You can also book a hot air balloon or helicopter tour. The Moab Golf Course offers an 18-hole course with stunning red rock views. In winter, cross country skiing is available in the nearby La Sal Mountains.

There is a free shuttle service in town to get around and to Arches National Park Visitor Center; however, anything further, including trailheads, requires a car.

Moab boasts many reputable guides for rafting, biking, hiking, climbing, and off-road tours. We are happy to recommend options!

-What are the best local restaurants, especially for vegan or allergy-friendly diets?
Top vegan-friendly spots include several Thai restaurants and the deli at our local co-op Moonflower. Gluten-free and allergy-safe options are widely available in town.

-How long should I plan to stay to see all major Moab attractions effectively?
A two-day stay will get you somewhat familiar with the area. Ideally, plan 3–5 days to fully explore Arches, Canyonlands, enjoy a river day, and experience local culture.

-Which trails or parks are best for beginners or families with children?
Try the Windows, Double Arch, and Sand Dune trails in Arches National Park. Moab Giants Dinosaur Park is also great for families. Dead Horse State Park offers an easy, paved loop from the visitor center.

This is high desert with lots of chances to get lost. Always carry plenty of water and sun protection like hats and long sleeves. Some backcountry and climbing activities require permits; always check with park visitor centers. If you’re inexperienced, consider going with a guide.

Explore Corona Arch, Fisher Towers, Mill Creek Waterfalls, and local art galleries and shops on Main Street.

Our units all feature fiber internet; however, WiFi can be intermittent elsewhere in Moab. Cellular coverage is strong in town but limited behind large rock formations.

Moab Regional Hospital and urgent care clinics serve the area. Emergency contacts are shared with guests.

-What cultural or historical sites and museums should be included in a Moab itinerary?
Visit the Museum of Moab, Moab Giants Dinosaur Park, and nearby native petroglyph and pictograph sites. Don’t miss the many dinosaur tracks in the area. Enjoy the arts and markets on Main Street.
